Exchange or Gift Certificate with receipt within 10 days. Returned items must not have been worn, used, damaged, altered or cleaned.  All labels, tags & packaging on items must not be missing, broken or removed.

Shipping & handling costs will not be reimbursed.

Customer will be responsible for the return shipping & exchange shipping costs unless merchandise was defective or incorrect from us the manufacturer.

Exchanges please enclose a check for $7.50 for return shipping & handling.

A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returned items that do not meet the above criteria, or returned without original packaging.

Where do I put my dogs tail? My dog is falling out of the carrier. Can I wash the KARIPET®? How does KARIPET® work as a car seat? How long can I keep my pet in the carrier? Will KARIPET® hurt my pets genitals?

Where do I put my dogs tail? KARIPET® has a "button hole"  in the botton of the carrier.  The pet's tail will fit through the hole for comfort.  The button can also be opened for pets with fuller tails, simply clip the opening larger within the button area. My dog is falling out of the carrier. Your pet should be inside the carrier facing away from you, the KARIPET® should be about 1/4 to 1/2 inch away from the front legs "underarms" of the animal.  The carrier should not be binding the pet under the front legs.  Your carrier will hold the pet securely and can not fall out if it fits correctly. Can I wash the KARIPET®? The KARIPET® is machine washable, dry on low heat.  If necessary press with a cool iron.  DO NOT BLEACH. How does KARIPET® work as a car seat? KARIPET® can be straped to a bucket seat using the straps to wrap around the back of the seat and buckle to the side of the carrier.  This will secure the carrier to the seat just as it would if you wear as a front carrier.  How long can I keep my pet in the carrier? Use good judgement for your pet.  Frequent rest periods for the pet to potty and to exercise. Extended periods of use can be uncomfortable for you and your pet.  Will KARIPET® hurt my pets genitals? Your pet must be correctly fitted to the carrier.  Measurement is important for proper fit.  KARIPET® fits your pet like a diaper and adjusts with Velcro closures.  Your pet can not be harmed using the correct size.  KARIPET® is veterinarian approved.
